Phases Salon is committed to providing flawless service to our guests in a timely manner. While we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise causing necessary schedule adjustments, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or changing an appointment. This will enable us to offer your timeslot to other guests who are eager to get in sooner and will alleviate downtime for our Phases team members.
Also, please note the following salon policies for specific circumstances:
- Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, out of respect for our guests that follow you, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of the service initially reserved.
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your scheduled service will be required after two no-shows.
We realize that many people lead busy and hectic lifestyles, which is why we offer text and email reminders to help keep track of your Phases Salon appointments. Please be sure to keep us updated with your current mobile number and/or email address so you will always receive appointment reminders.
